TOS

Payment

- purchases are through paypal or cashapp.
-all payments under 75 must be paid upfront/ before completed work.-payment plans are possible for work over 75.-if changes needed are after sketching stage they come with a $5 fee.

Refunds

-Final products are non-refundable.-If the work is in progress, i will keep what the current work is worth and return the rest of the money.-No refunds will be given if communication stops.

Process

-A clear visual reference is required for the character im drawing.-It would also be appreciated if you could sketch what you want your piece to look like so i can give you the best product.-i will send you a sketch, and once thats approved, i will move on to line and flat colors, and after that is approved ill start rendering.- your commission also has a possiblity of being worked on live on my twitch. if thats not okay with you, please specify such when i start your commission!

-You may repost your finished piece as long as you source/credit me.- Do not remove or tamper with any watermarks.-You are free to use it as avatars, banners, backgrounds, etc with credit.-You are free to print, crop, or add text over your piece as long as you credit me for the original design and specify your edits when you post it.-You are NOT allowed to make merch with my artwork.-YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE MY ART TO MAKE NFT'S
